Trauma can be rooted within the most delectable forms, causing an unshakeable aversion to a place, an image, an object, or even a classic Sicilian dessert. That said...the maintainance to one's trauma can be applied through reinvention. Such a revision may involve turning something sweet to savory...a Danish-inspired concoction of mortadella mousse and parmasean pastry shell, dipped in pistachio and topped with fish roe.
