While consuming raw eggs before training is a faster way to obtain desired proteins...its really not necessary if you have the option to cook them (same nutrients, less bacteria). However, if you want the experience of your "Breakfast of Champions" to match the same brutal energy of going for a run at 4AM, crack those eggs and chug away.
